Fusion Fitness: What do you get when you combine yoga, pilates, barre, plyometrics and cardio - Fusion Fitness. Get the most out of your workouts by performing isometric exercises with cardio blasts. All levels welcome but be ready to work!
Sport Yoga for Volleyball Players: This class is designed to enhance athletic abilities for peak performance. The class will focus on common imbalances and injury prevention. Balance, strength, and flexibility conditioning through various yoga poses and agility training will be incorporated into this class. Class begins 1/22 and lasts for 6 weeks.
